Application of Nanofluid Electrochemistry in Heat Dissipation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors

In order to solve the problem of heat dissipation permanent magnet synchronous motors, a technology using principle nanofluid electrochemistry is proposed. The main content this based on characteristics and applications nanofluids; according experimental system, preparation parameters nanofluids were determined; finally, by studying influence ultrasonic oscillation time dispersant stability nanofluids, it was concluded that improvement thermal conductivity contributed transfer rate nanofluids. Experimental results show when volume fraction 0.5, increase 1.51, convective coefficient 20.33, greater than conductivity, which shows have very good ability. It proved technical research can meet requirements motor.
